Copyright Transfer Agreement

To publish and disseminate scholarly articles, Sintesa Journal of Islamic Economy, Law, and Education (SJEILE) requires the transfer of publishing rights from authors to the journal. This agreement grants the journal the right to publish, reproduce, and distribute the article, while authors retain significant rights to use and share their work.

SJEILE supports the broad dissemination of research and encourages authors to maximize the impact of their publications. Authors retain the right to use their published articles for academic, educational, and non-commercial purposes without the need for additional permission.

Author Rights

Authors who publish in SJEILE retain the following rights:

  • Use the article for lectures, presentations, seminars, or conferences and distribute copies to participants;
  • Share the article with colleagues for research and academic purposes;
  • Include the article in future compilations of their own work;
  • Use the article as part of a thesis or dissertation;
  • Reuse parts of the article (e.g., figures, tables, excerpts) in other works with proper acknowledgment;
  • Prepare derivative works for non-commercial purposes with full citation of the original publication;
  • Deposit and share the published version on personal websites, institutional repositories, or academic platforms for scholarly use.

Copyright Transfer

By submitting a manuscript to SJEILE, authors agree that, upon acceptance for publication, the copyright for publishing (publishing rights) of the article will be transferred to the journal.

This transfer enables SJEILE to:

  • Publish and distribute the article in print and electronic formats;
  • Archive and index the article in databases;
  • Ensure long-term accessibility and preservation of the published work.

Author Confirmation

Authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication will receive a notification via email and will be required to complete and submit a Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA) form. The form must be signed and returned to the editorial office prior to publication.
